"One of the things that excited me about this office is that it's a warm and caring atmosphere."
Jean's primary focus is to find ways to make the office run more smoothly and to increase interaction with patients when it comes to reviewing treatment plans and financing options. She brings to the job 15 years at a dental clinic where she worked her way up from part-time receptionist to office manager.
On the home front, Jean and her husband enjoy time with family, including a son who is an engineer in Indiana, a daughter who is attending Mankato State University, and another son who attends school in Brandon. She is also an avid runner, rising early each morning to hit the pavement with a friend.
"I enjoy visiting with patients and putting them at ease."
Patients in the Aberdeen area hear Rhonda's voice on the phone when scheduling an appointment. She'll also be the person to greet them when they come in for their appointment. The medical environment is nothing new to this Warner, SD native. Over the years, she has worked in dental offices, a nursing home, and a medical clinic. She graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute in Watertown in Medical Assisting.
Rhonda and her husband and their family live in Aberdeen and are big Northern State University basketball fans. They also enjoy traveling.
